Louisiana Automotive Technology started out in the mid
70's as Gray's Body Shop, specializing in quality
Collision Repairs for all makes and models of cars and
trucks. The quality service we provided helped us
to quickly grow to be the largest shop in the area, even
providing service for several new and used car
dealerships in North Louisiana. When the economic
downturn of the late 80's hit, GBS downsized to a small
restoration shop, moving out of the city to a smaller and
more economical shop in the suburbs.
Since that time we have been providing mechanical repairs, body and paint work, and restorations (primarily for classic Chevrolets, but also for some others). Our restoration shop is still providing restos for most GM vehicles.
